Site Transactions

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Sirène is pleased to hear from users and welcomes your comments regarding our products and services. You agree that your Comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your Comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Site. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead Sirène or third parties as to the origin of any Comments. You are solely responsible for any Comments you make and their accuracy. Sirène takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any Comments posted by you or any third party.

All sale items are final sale. Promo codes cannot be used with items that are already discounted.

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. These products may have limited quantities. Colors & Style We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and styles of our products that appear at the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or style will be accurate.

The Site may contain links to other Web sites that are not under the control of Sirène. Sirène has no responsibility for the linked Web sites nor does linking constitute an endorsement of any linked Web site. Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Sirène harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, due to your use of the Site and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of the Agreement.

General Legal Terms

(a) Complete Terms: The Terms of Service constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Sirène and govern your use of the services and completely replace any prior agreements between you and Sirène in relation to the services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you understand that Sirène may make changes to the Terms of Services from time to time. When these changes are made, Sirène will make a new copy of the Terms of Services available at http://www.love-beach-life.com. You agree that Sirène is under no obligation to provide you with notices regarding changes to the Terms of Services. You understand that it is your responsibility to check the Terms of Services regularly for changes. (b) Modifications to the Services: Sirène is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the services that Sirène provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. You further acknowledge and agree that Sirène may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the services (or any features within the services) to you or to users generally at Sirène sole discretion, without prior notice to you. (c) Confidentiality: You understand that Sirène grants the operators of public search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the site for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Sirène reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases. You and Sirène agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal courts in Miami, Florida, and waive any claim or defense of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction in such forum under any applicable law or decision or otherwise. (h) Violation of Terms of Service: Please report any violations of the Terms of Service by emailing us to: info@sirenethegrove.com (i) Independent Relationship: You and Sirène are independent contractors, and these Terms of Service, including but not limited to submission or distribution of any content you created, will not, in whole or in part, establish any relationship of partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise or agency between the you and Sirène. Neither party will have the power to bind the other or incur obligations on the other's behalf without the other's prior written consent. Neither party is authorized to act as an agent or representative of the other or for or on behalf of the other party in any capacity other than as expressly set forth in the Terms of Service. Neither party shall in any manner advertise, represent or hold itself (or any of its agents) out as so acting or being authorized so to act, or incur any liabilities or obligations on behalf of, or in the name of, the other party, unless specifically provided for in the Terms of Service. (j) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site.
