Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Refunds are processed back to the original form of payment. Shipping is non-refundable. All merchandise returned must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags intact and all original packaging included. Jewelry, Candles/Fragrance and Sale are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. Items that are returned and do not meet the criteria outlined above will be sent back at the client’s expense. At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please place a new order for the correct size and follow the return procedure for the incorrect size. Return Shipping Information
Clients are responsible for any shipping fees accrued from a return. Please ship all returns to: Sirène, 3411 Main Highway, Coconut Grove FL 33133. Sirène is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please ensure you ship with a service that provides tracking and package insurance.
